When ordering, please be aware that our images may not be able to capture the

Information concerning the availability of the products may change while you are placing your order. Hence, FRESCO cannot guarantee that you will successfully purchase a product listed as ‘in stock’ or with items remaining. This is due to the possibility that two or more FRESCO members may be making a purchase of the same product at the same time. Should this happen, FRESCO will email you immediately, and your order will be automatically cancelled. If this does not happen, please Contact Us.
Prices and Tax
All prices shown before an order is include 7% VAT. Before making payment, you will see the price of each item exclusive of 7% VAT and the total price including VAT. We reserve the right to raise or lower prices without prior notice due to market conditions.
For delivery in Thailand, payment shall be made only through the means indicated by FRESCO, and shall be deemed to have been made only once you receive payment confirmation from FRESCO. For information on delivery to other countries, please Contact Us before placing your order. Please print out the payment confirmation for future reference.
FRESCO may, at its sole discretion, choose not to process, or choose to cancel, your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances that FRESCO deems appropriate, at its sole discretion. FRESCO also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. FRESCO will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
You will receive your ordered products within 1–7 days from the date of purchase. If you encounter a delay, please Contact Us.
Where possible, we shall let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery. Please note that we do not compensate for late delivery. Nevertheless, you may receive a refund if you choose to return the products.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver our products to some locations. Should this be the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide when you place your order and arrange for the cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.
We encourage you to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects, or damage before you accept delivery.
Cancellation by FRESCO
FRESCO may cancel a purchase if the product is not available, or if delivery of the product cannot be made for any reason. FRESCO will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
A refund for cancellation of a purchase by FRESCO shall be made in the original form of payment.
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation of your order can only be made before the order has been sent to logistics for dispatch (which occurs at approximately 2 p.m. daily). If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please Contact Us.
